This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to Hypnoero (hypnoero.com), operated by La Salida Ltd, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.
1. Billing
Membership payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your card details. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future billing. After you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. If you have trouble cancelling, contact us at support@hypnoero.com and we will help.
3. Refunds
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with applicable law and the consumer policies of the payment processor that handled your purchase. Because the Service delivers personalized digital content that is generated on demand, charges for billing periods that have already begun are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or granted at our discretion.
To request a refund, email support@hypnoero.com from the email address associated with your account and include the approximate date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond to all refund requests promptly.
4. Disputed Charges
If you do not recognize a charge or believe you were billed in error, please contact us at support@hypnoero.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank, so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly. Charges from the Service appear under a discreet billing descriptor.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
