This Privacy Policy explains how La Salida Ltd, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use Hypnoero (hypnoero.com) and related services (the "Service"). The Service is intended for adults 18 and older only.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. Authentication is handled through Supabase, our infrastructure provider.
Generated content and preferences. The session descriptions, preferences, boundaries, and fantasies you provide, and the audio generated from them, are stored in our database (hosted on Supabase) so we can provide the Service to you, including your personal library.
Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store your card details. We receive limited information from processors, such as subscription status, to operate your account.
Technical data. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information such as device and browser type and approximate usage data to operate and secure the Service.

2. Sensitive Data

We recognize that the preferences and fantasies you describe to the Service are sensitive personal data. This information is stored solely to provide the Service to you, for example to generate your audio and maintain your library. We never share it with anyone except the service providers and processors that operate the Service on our behalf, or where we are legally compelled to disclose it. We do not use your session content for advertising and we do not sell it.

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To generate the personalized audio you request.
To manage your account, subscription, and customer support.
To enforce our Terms of Service and protect against abuse.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data. We share personal information only with: (a) service providers and processors that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, database, AI generation, and payment processing providers, under appropriate confidentiality obligations; (b) authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or others; and (c) a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your data.

We retain account data and generated content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain limited information after account closure where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

8. Children

The Service is strictly for adults 18 and older (21 and older where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has created an account, we will terminate the account and delete the associated data.

We are based in the British Virgin Islands and use service providers located in other countries. Your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your own.
