Exemption Statement
Hypnoero (hypnoero.com), operated by Jonbuh OÜ, does not contain any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct, real or simulated, performed by real persons. The Service does not host photographs, videos, live streams, or any other visual media depicting real human beings engaged in sexual activity.
All content available through the Service consists exclusively of synthetic, computer-generated audio. Scripts are written by artificial intelligence systems and narrated by AI-generated synthetic voices. No human performers, models, or actors appear in or contribute performances to any content on the Service, and users cannot upload sexual imagery of any kind.
Because the Service contains no depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct by real persons, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. Section 2257, 18 U.S.C. Section 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to the Service, and no records are required to be maintained under those provisions.
Strictly Prohibited Content
The Service strictly prohibits illegal and non-consensual content of any kind. Without limitation, this includes: any content involving minors or anyone under 18 years of age; rape, sexual assault, or any non-consensual, coerced, or forced sexual activity; incest between blood-related family members; and bestiality. Step-family content between unrelated consenting adults is not treated as incest. Also prohibited is any content eroticizing extreme violence, gore, or death; any content promoting human trafficking or sexual exploitation; and any content that is illegal in the user's jurisdiction. These prohibitions are absolute and apply to all generated content, including fictional, roleplay, and simulated scenarios. Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination, and suspected illegal activity is reported to law enforcement.
