Hypnoero (hypnoero.com), operated by La Salida Ltd, does not contain any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct, real or simulated, performed by real persons. The Service does not host photographs, videos, live streams, or any other visual media depicting real human beings engaged in sexual activity.

All content available through the Service consists exclusively of synthetic, computer-generated audio. Scripts are written by artificial intelligence systems and narrated by AI-generated synthetic voices. No human performers, models, or actors appear in or contribute performances to any content on the Service, and users cannot upload sexual imagery of any kind.

Because the Service contains no depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct by real persons, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. Section 2257, 18 U.S.C. Section 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to the Service, and no records are required to be maintained under those provisions.
