Settling and preparation
Find a quiet room where you will not be interrupted, and settle into a position you can hold without effort - a chair with support, or lying down if that is how you rest deepest. Let the room grow dim. Take a final moment to check in with yourself: you are here because some part of you wants to stop steering for a while, and you are about to let a voice you have chosen take the wheel. That choice is the foundation everything else stands on. When you are ready, let your eyes close. Notice your breathing as it is - uneven, perhaps, still carrying the pace of your day. You do not need to fix it. She will. Even the rhythm of your breath is about to become something you follow rather than something you do, and there is a particular relief in that, the kind that only arrives when someone competent takes over. Feel the surface beneath you taking your weight completely. You do not need to hold yourself up here. You do not need to hold anything at all. In a moment her voice will arrive, and it will not be a voice that asks. It will be a voice that tells - gently, precisely, and with your full attention in mind. Let your last independent thought for now be a simple one: I am ready to be led.
Induction (her voice takes over)
Breathe in. Hold. And release. Again - in, hold, out - and this time notice that you did not decide when to start. The instruction came first, and your body simply answered. That is the entire art of what is happening to you, made small enough to see: her words arrive a half-second before your actions, and your actions arrange themselves around them. In. And out. Good. Each breath is a little slower than the one before, because she is pacing you now, and her pace is the pace of someone who has done this many times and is not in a hurry. With every exhale, feel your shoulders soften a degree further. Your jaw unclenches. The small muscles around your eyes let go of the day entirely. This is obedience in its earliest form - not kneeling, not ceremony, just following - and notice how it already feels like sinking into warm water. Her voice is calm and unhurried and absolutely certain, and certainty is contagious. When she says your eyes are heavy, you feel the truth of it arrive before the sentence even finishes. When she says you are doing well, something in your chest unbuttons. Down you go, breath by breath, word by word, following the voice of someone who knows exactly where she is taking you - and who is taking you deeper.
Deepener (downward, on her count)
She counts for you now. Ten. A floor opens beneath the breath, and you step off it without checking the depth first, because she said to. Nine. Deeper. Eight. Her voice comes closer - or you go closer to it, and the difference no longer matters. Seven. The background of your mind, the hum of plans and obligations, grows quiet as if someone lowered a fader. Six. Obedience is becoming easier than thinking, and thinking was becoming tiring anyway. Five. Halfway down, and she pauses here to remind you, in that low and even tone, that you chose this - that every step down is a step you are taking, guided but willing, and the knowledge settles over you like a warm, heavy blanket. Four. Deeper still. Three. Her words and your responses are beginning to blend into one motion, like two people who have danced together for years. Two. Almost there, and you can feel how deep 'there' is by how far away the surface has become. One. Down. Rest here a moment in the deep place her count has built for you, where there is nothing to manage and nothing to decide, because all of that has been carried up the staircase and out of reach by someone stronger than your habits. From here, she can shape the session, and you can let her.
Core body - serving her words
In this deep and quiet place, her suggestions become the architecture of your experience. She tells you that her voice is the center of your attention, and it is - effortlessly, completely, as if the rest of the world was arranged around it like an audience. She tells you that following her instructions feels good, and it does: a small, warm pulse of rightness each time you comply, praise arriving in her tone itself. When she says kneel, your imagination kneels - the sensation of lowering, of arriving at the height where you belong in this session, of looking up along the line of her voice. When she says good, the word lands somewhere behind your sternum and stays there, glowing. This is the heart of the mistress dynamic in trance: the commands are simple, and the obedience is profound, and the two of them together build a state that feels like being held in a very specific way - known, directed, cared for with precision. She may test you a little. She may tell you to hold still while the urge to fidget rises and passes. She may ask you to repeat a phrase of belonging after her, and hear how true it sounds in your own inner voice. Whatever she asks is within the lines you drew before you began, and that is why you can give it so completely: obedience inside a frame you trust is not loss. It is focus. You are hers for the length of this session, in exactly the way you wanted to be, and the wanting is what makes it real.
Deepening and sustaining
Now that you have settled into her rhythm, she deepens it - not with force, but with patience. Fractionation, the oldest tool in her kit: she brings you up just far enough to notice the room again, and then counts you back down, and each return lands deeper than the last descent, because your mind is learning the shape of the path. Up, and down. Up, and further down. Somewhere in these cycles, the difference between her voice and your own inner narrator dissolves entirely, and there is only the one stream of words to follow, which is a form of rest so complete that some listeners describe it as the whole reason they come. In this sustained depth she strengthens the associations she has built: her voice and safety, obedience and warmth, the act of following and the feeling of being valued for it. She is, in effect, teaching your deeper mind a small vocabulary - and like any good teacher, she repeats the lesson gently until it is effortless. You are not being changed into anything. You are being reminded of something you already suspected: that under the right voice, you are capable of extraordinary focus and extraordinary surrender, and that both of them feel like relief. Stay here as long as the session holds you. There is nothing else required of you. There is nothing else required of you at all.
Emergence (returning the reins)
All sessions end, and the good ones end deliberately. She begins to count you up, and her tone carries the same certainty it had on the way down - because bringing you back is part of taking care of you, and she does not do it carelessly. With each number, a little more of the ordinary world returns: the surface beneath you, the dim light behind your eyelids, the faint sounds of the room you left. She restores, one by one, each thing she borrowed - your breath returns to your own rhythm, your attention widens back out to fill the space around you, and the frame of the session closes gently around the experience, keeping it whole and separate. And then, in the last moments, she says the thing a responsible mistress always says: that the obedience was yours to give, that you gave it beautifully, and that it stays here, in the session, until you choose to offer it again. Feel your fingers, your toes, your shoulders - all of it yours. Open your eyes when you are ready. Sit for a moment before standing. You gave away the reins for half an hour, and you have them back now, fully - and the comfortable truth you are carrying out of trance with you is that they were always yours to give, which is exactly what made it mean something when you did.
