Settling and Preparation
Find a comfortable position, relaxed and open. I want you to imagine you are at the edge of the ocean, the water before you calm and inviting. Feel the gentle warmth of the air, the soft sand beneath your feet. You know that what lies ahead is a journey, a journey deep into the heart of the sea, and into the depths of your own mind. Before we begin, I want you to prepare yourself. Take a moment to become aware of your body, of the air filling your lungs, of the solid ground beneath you. This is your anchor, your starting point, from which you will descend. Feel the connection to the earth, to the moment, and as you do, allow any last vestiges of tension to leave you. This is a sacred space, a place of trust and surrender. You are safe. You are ready. Close your eyes now, and let the vision come to you. Picture the waves lapping gently at the shore, hear the distant cry of seagulls, feel the sun on your skin. This is the surface, the beginning of your journey. Soon, you will let go of this world and sink into the dark, into the unknown. But for now, you are here, present, and open. Feel your heartbeat, steady and sure. With each beat, you are becoming more receptive, more prepared for the transformation about to occur. The ocean is waiting for you. It calls to you, invites you down. And when the time is right, you will answer that call, and begin your descent into the depths, into the dark, into the trance. But first, take these moments to settle, to ground, to become one with the sea. Let the waves wash over you, cleansing, preparing, and as they recede, they take with them any last traces of resistance, any last thoughts of the world above. You are here, now, with me, and together, we will embark on a journey that will take you deeper than you have ever been. Deeper than you thought possible. But before we begin, take one last breath of the surface air, feel one last pulse of the sun on your skin, and when you are ready, when you feel that connection, that readiness, then we will begin our descent. Together.
Induction (Breathing, Descending into Trance)
As you let out a slow breath, feel your body begin to sway, as if pulled by an unseen tide. The water is cold against your skin, and with each breath, you feel yourself becoming part of it, becoming fluid, becoming one with the sea. The waves are stronger now, more insistent, and as they lift you, you feel yourself being drawn forward, drawn into the dark. The sun fades, the sea swallows you, and you are sinking, sinking slowly, into the embrace of the deep. With each descent, the pressure increases, the weight of the water holding you, cradling you, keeping you safe. You no longer need to move, to push, to fight. The ocean is doing the work for you. It is taking you down, deeper and deeper, into the dark, into the trance. Feel the water surrounding you, enclosing you, as you continue your descent. The pressure is constant, comforting, holding you in place, keeping you still. You are safe, secure, and as you sink deeper, you feel the last traces of the world above slipping away. The light fades, the noise fades, until there is nothing but the water, the darkness, and the voice guiding you down. The voice that will take you to the depths, to the ocean floor, to the trance. You are sinking now, deeper than you have ever been, deeper than you thought possible. The pressure is intense, but it is not uncomfortable. It is a welcome weight, a reminder of your journey, of your descent. It is the pressure of the trance, holding you, keeping you still, keeping you here, in this moment, in this place, with me. Feel the water around you, the darkness above, and know that you are being taken care of, that you are being guided, that you are safe. This is the beginning of your journey, the start of your descent, and as you continue to sink, you will feel yourself entering a state of absolute stillness, a state of absolute receptivity, a state of absolute surrender. You are no longer in control. You are no longer thinking. You are simply being, simply feeling, simply experiencing. And as you feel the last light fade, as you feel the last noise die, you know that you are ready, that you are open, that you are ready to embrace the depths, to embrace the trance. You are sinking now, sinking deep, sinking into the dark, into the unknown, into the depths of your own mind, into the depths of the trance. And as you do, I am here with you, guiding you, holding you, taking you deeper, deeper, deeper. Until there is nothing left but the water, the darkness, and the voice. Until there is nothing left but the trance.
Deepener (going further down)
Close your eyes and visualize yourself standing at the edge of the ocean, the sun warm on your skin, the waves gently lapping at your feet. You feel the pull of the deep, the call of the water, and you step forward, letting the ocean embrace you. As you sink below the surface, the light from above grows dim, and the water around you becomes your new world. You are enveloped in a liquid silence, a depths that cradle and hold you. Feel the gentle sway of the currents, the weightlessness as your body adjusts to this new medium. You are not afraid, for you trust the voice that guides you, the voice that promises a journey into the heart of the sea. Feel your breath slow, your muscles relax, and your mind release all care and concern. The ocean has you, and you are safe. Feel yourself sinking deeper, the water pressure increasing around you, a comforting compression that marks each fathom you descend. With each breath, you go further, deeper, and you are exactly where you need to be. You are sinking into a profound state of relaxation, a state where your body is heavy and yet weightless, where your mind is clear and yet open, where the world above is forgotten, and the world below awaits. Feel the darkness envelope you, a soft and welcoming embrace. Each fathom is a step further into trance, a step closer to the ocean floor and to the core of this experience. You are sinking, sinking, always sinking, and with each passing moment, you are more at one with the water, more at peace, more ready to explore the depths of your own mind. The ocean is your guide, your teacher, your sanctuary, and you trust it completely. You are sinking into a deep and beautiful trance, a place of absolute safety, absolute stillness, and absolute surrender. You are ready to go deeper, to explore the unknown, to find the treasures that lie within. And so, you continue to sink, to descend, to drift deeper into the sea, deeper into this experience, deeper into yourself.
Core body — the session's central theme: depth-exploration
As you continue your descent, you feel the water around you grow denser, heavier, more present, a living thing that holds you in its embrace. With each passing second, the ocean becomes more than a mere environment; it becomes a presence, a force, a will that guides you and directs you. It is a gentle but insistent hand, and it pulls you deeper, urging you to explore, to seek the depths, to find the heart of the sea. You are no longer just a visitor in this world; you are becoming part of it, merging with it, merging with the depth itself. Each fathom reveals new wonders, new sensations, new possibilities. You are both the explorer and the explored, the seeker and the sought, the observer and the observed. The darkness is no longer an absence of light but a presence in itself, a rich and textured environment that you experience with senses beyond mere sight. You hear the whispers of the currents, feel the pulse of the tides, taste the salt on your lips, smell the scent of the deep. You are fully immersed, fully engaged, fully alive in this watery womb. And as you sink, as you explore, you feel a growing sense of surrender, of release, of letting go. The weight of the water holds you, supports you, freed you from the need to move, to think, to do. You are suspended in a state of perfect stillness, perfect receptivity, perfect openness. You are ready to receive, to accept, to embrace whatever comes. And as you sink deeper, you find that the ocean is not just a place to explore, but a place to be. It is a place of transformation, of revelation, of connection. It is a place where you can cast off the layers of the world above, where you can be stripped of all pretenses, all defenses, all separateness. You are becoming one with the sea, and in that oneness, you find a sense of peace, of wholeness, of rightness. You are home. You are loved. You are wanted. You are needed. You are desired. And as you sink to the very bottom, to the core of this experience, you find that the ocean is not just a metaphor for depth, but a place of depth, a place of profound and intimate exploration. It is a place where you can go deeper than you ever thought possible, where you can find the hidden parts of yourself, where you can unlock the secrets of your own being. And so, you continue to sink, to explore, to be. You are at the heart of the ocean, and you are at the heart of yourself. You are in the deepest trance, the deepest mediation, the deepest surrender. And here, at the bottom of the sea, you find a place of absolute stillness, absolute receptivity, and absolute surrender. You find yourself. You find freedom. You find love. And you know, with absolute certainty, that this is where you belong. This is who you are. This is your truth. And you are ready to explore it, to live it, to be it. You are ready for the journey. You are ready for the depths. You are ready for the ocean. And the ocean is ready for you. Welcome home.
Deepening and Sustaining
Let us begin. Close your eyes, and feel the warmth of the water surrounding you. The surface is still, a glassy expanse reflecting the soft light from above, yet you are already descending. With each breath, the pressure increases, the weight of the water holding you steady. This is the first level of your journey. Your body knows this rhythm, this liquid embrace. You need no flippers, no fins, no effort. The ocean cradles you as it pulls you down. Feel how each breath slows, how the water presses gently against your skin, like the softest of touches. You are sinking deeper with each moment, each fathom taking you further into the depths of relaxation. The current is your guide, your connection to the world above, yet it is also your gateway to the world below. Trust it, feel it, let it carry you. As you descend, your thoughts begin to dissolve, to melt away like sugar in the sea. Each fathom deeper, each moment further, you slip into a state of stillness, of surrender. The light is fading now, not from fear, but from the deepening embrace of the ocean's arms. Your body is buoyant, light, yet the pressure is constant, comforting, a reminder of the power that holds you. It's not just the water now, it's the trance itself, the depth of your own mind that you are exploring. Every muscle, every thought is bathed in the cool embrace of the deep. It is a place of peace, of absolute stillness, where only the sound of your breath and the gentle hum of the sea surround you. Time is meaningless here, as is space. You are here, now, and that is all that matters. Your consciousness expands, filling the void around you. You are at one with the ocean, at one with the trance. This is the point of deepening, where the surface is far above, and the bottom is still far below. You are suspended, held, cradled in the arms of the deep. Feel how your mind drifts, how your body floats, how the boundaries between you and the water blur. You are becoming the ocean, and the ocean is becoming you. This is the place of sustaining, where you will remain, where the current of your awareness flows slowly, peacefully. Here, you are safe, you are at home, and you will stay until it is time to rise again. Feel the warmth, feel the stillness, feel the absolute surrender to this state. Let the trance deepen, let the water's pressure envelop you, and know that you are exactly where you need to be.
Gentle Emergence and Return
Now, slowly, gently, like the first light of dawn breaking through the waves, you will begin to return. But do not rush, for the journey back is as important as the descent. Begin with a deep breath, a breath that stretches from the very depths of your being, from the very bottom of the ocean floor. Feel the water around you, heavy yet soothing, as it responds to your movement. You are still deep, still in the heart of the trance, but a new current has found you. This one pulls upward, not with force, but with a gentle, persistent tug. As you begin to rise, the pressure eases, the water grows lighter, and your body feels the shift. Your breath deepens, your heart rate steadies. The world above is waiting, but you have no rush. Enjoy the ascent, savor the change, let each fathom reveal itself to you. The deeper parts of your mind, once submerged, now emerge, carrying with them the memories, the insights, the peace of the deep. Feel the warmth of the surface approaching, the subtle increase in light, the return of sensation. Your body is ready, your mind is awake, but the trance does not leave you. It remains, a echo of the depths, a whisper of the sea. As you break through the surface, the world greets you with a gentle lapping of water, the soft touch of the air, the distant call of the birds above. You are here, now, and though the journey was profound, you are returned, refreshed, rejuvenated. The ocean holds its secrets, and so do you. The lessons learned, the peace found, they are yours to keep. Feel the strength in your limbs, the clarity in your mind, the gratitude in your heart. You have journeyed to the depths and returned, and you are changed. This is the moment of gentle emergence, of soft return. As you lay here, let the last of the trance's embrace drift away, but know that it is never truly gone. It is part of you now, as the sea is part of every wave. Rise when you are ready, but know that this experience, this journey, lives within you. It is a gift, a treasure, and it is yours to cherish. Wake up, but remember. Remember the descent, the stillness, the return. Remember the depths, and know that you can go there again. You are the ocean, and the ocean is in you.
