Settling / Preparation
Find a place where you can be comfortable, a place where you will not be disturbed for the next thirty minutes. Allow your body to settle into a position that feels natural, supported, easy. Whether you are lying down or seated, let your weight rest fully into the surface beneath you. Close your eyes when you are ready, and take a single slow breath in through your nose. Hold it for a moment. Then let it go, soft and slow, through your mouth. Feel the release. Another breath in, gentle, filling your lungs. And out, longer this time, as if you are letting go of the day. With each exhale, you notice a faint softening in your shoulders, your jaw, your hands. There is no rush. There is nowhere else to be. All that matters is this moment, this breath, and the simple act of being here. Your mind begins to quiet, like the surface of still water settling after a small ripple. The air around you feels calm. You feel calm. Notice the weight of your body, the contact of clothing or air on your skin, the gentle rhythm of your chest rising and falling. That rhythm will become your guide, your anchor, the very pulse of this journey. You are safe. You are in control. And soon, you will discover how your own breath can hold you, bind you, and keep you perfectly still. For now, just breathe. In... and out. In... and out. Each breath carrying you a little deeper into this quiet space. Let your eyelids grow heavy, your limbs feel soft. You are ready to begin.
Induction
And now, with your eyes closed, bring your awareness to your breath. Do not change it at first. Simply watch it, feel it, as it flows in and out of your body. The cool air entering your nostrils, the warm air leaving your lips. Each cycle a gentle wave, rolling through you. Now, as you exhale, let your eyes sink deeper into their sockets. As you inhale, feel a wave of heaviness spread from your scalp down to your toes. Each breath deepens this sensation. Exhale, and your jaw slackens. Inhale, and your neck softens. You are becoming wonderfully heavy, wonderfully relaxed. With every out-breath, you let go a little more of any tension you have been holding. With every in-breath, you draw in a calm, soothing stillness. Your mind drifts, like a leaf on a slow river. Thoughts float by, but you do not follow them. You simply let them pass, returning again and again to the rhythm of your breathing. In... and out. In... and out. And now, I would like you to imagine that with each exhale, a delicate ribbon of pressure wraps around your chest, just a hint, just a suggestion. With each inhale, that ribbon loosens slightly, so you can always breathe freely. This is the beginning of your breath-bound journey. The ribbon is not tight. It is not restrictive. It is simply present, like a gentle hand resting on your sternum. And you find that this sensation is deeply pleasant, deeply calming. You begin to look forward to each exhale, because that is when the ribbon becomes more real. That is when you feel held. Let your breathing slow, naturally, without effort. Longer exhales, softer inhales. As if you are sighing with relief on every out-breath. And with each sigh, you sink a little deeper into a state of profound relaxation. You are safe. You are supported. And you are beginning to understand that your breath can become the very thing that binds you.
Deepener
Let yourself drift even deeper now, as if you are descending a long, gentle staircase. With each step, you become more relaxed, more weightless. But there is no stairs here, only your breath. So let each breath be a step downward. Inhale, and you float at the top. Exhale, and you sink one soft step lower. Inhale, and you pause. Exhale, and you sink again, deeper, deeper. Ten slow breaths, and you will find yourself in a beautiful, restful place. With each exhale, you feel the ribbon around your chest grow slightly more solid, slightly more present. It is not tight, never tight. It is simply there, a soft band of pressure that reminds you that you are held. And you notice that the more you relax, the more natural this ribbon feels. It feels as though it belongs to you. Now imagine that ribbon extending, branching out. On your next exhale, feel it wrap gently around your upper arms, just above the elbows. Just a suggestion of restraint, a soft embrace. Inhale, and it loosens. Exhale, and it settles into place. Your arms begin to feel heavy, as if the ribbon itself is giving them permission to rest. They feel calm, still, peaceful. And with the next exhale, feel a band around your wrists, crossing before you, gentle and secure. Not tight, just present. You feel a sense of safety in that restraint, a sense of being cradled by your own breath. Each exhale reinforces it, each inhale allows you to remain comfortable. And you find that you do not want to escape this feeling. You want to sink into it, deeper and deeper. So let your breathing become even slower, even more rhythmic. As if each exhale is a lullaby for your body. And with every out-breath, the bands of breath become more real. Your body becomes quieter, your mind becomes quieter. You are descending into a deep, trance-like stillness, where the only thing that matters is the rhythm that binds you. Good.
Core Suggestion Body (Immobility)
Now, let your breath and your bonds become one. With every exhale, feel a gentle band of pressure across your chest, your arms, your wrists. With every inhale, they soften, just enough to let you know you are always in control. But on the exhale, they return, a little more defined, a little more real. Your body understands this now. It understands that your breath is the mechanism of your own restraint. And as you continue to breathe, you feel a new band forming around your ankles, soft and steady. Then another around your knees. And with each exhale, these bands settle into place, holding you gently, lovingly. Your legs feel heavy, still, as if they have found their perfect resting position. You have no need to move them. In fact, the thought of movement becomes distant, unimportant. Your body is becoming immobile, not from force, but from a deep, willing surrender to the rhythm of your breath. With each long exhale, you feel your limbs sink deeper into stillness. Your arms rest at your sides, heavy and content. Your legs lie still, warm and peaceful. Your fingers are relaxed, your toes are relaxed. The only movement is your breath, rising and falling within the constraints that embrace you. And you find that this immobility is deeply arousing. The feeling of being held, of being bound by your own breath, sends a pleasant warmth through your core. You feel vulnerable and safe at the same time. You feel exposed and protected. And you want to stay here, in this exquisite tension, where every exhale binds you a little more, and every inhale gifts you the freedom to breathe. But you no longer wish to move your body. It is a delicious stillness, a surrender that feels natural and good. Your breath controls the bonds. Your breath controls your body. And you are fully, willingly, wonderfully still. Let that stillness wash over you, from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet. You are bound by breath, and it feels perfect.
Deepening / Sustaining
And as you rest in this stillness, you can feel the bonds becoming more pronounced with every passing exhale. Not tighter, never tighter, but more present, more secure. Your breath has become the weaver of this web that holds you. Each out-breath is a thread, drawing the bands closer around your torso, your arms, your legs. And each in-breath is a reminder that you are always free to breathe, always comfortable. You are safe in this embrace. Let your mind drift deeper, as if these rhythmic waves of breath are carrying you into a sea of pure tranquility. The outside world fades. Sounds become distant. Thoughts dissolve. All that remains is the rise and fall of your chest, and the gentle pressure of the bonds that respond to it. You may notice a subtle tingle of arousal spreading through your skin, a heightened awareness of every point where the breath-bands touch you. This is natural, this is welcome. This is the pleasure of being held so completely. Let that pleasure feed your relaxation, deepening it, enriching it. Each breath becomes a wave of sensation, flowing through your body, binding you in a cocoon of warmth and desire. You do not need to think anymore. You do not need to do anything. Your body knows how to breathe, and your breath knows how to hold you. So simply continue, breath by breath, sinking deeper into this blissful, breath-bound stillness. And as you do, the bonds seem to hum gently against your skin, a vibration of calm. You feel utterly at peace, utterly aroused, utterly held. You are exactly where you need to be. This state is yours to enjoy. It will sustain itself, as long as you continue to breathe. And you will continue, because it feels so good. Deep, slow, rhythmic, binding breaths. Each one a little deeper, a little sweeter. Let go completely. Let the breath do everything.
A Long Stillness Phase
Now... pause... and simply be still. Your breath continues, but your awareness becomes soft, diffuse. The bonds hold you, gently, constantly. No need for words. No need for thought. Just the quiet rhythm... of breath... and bondage... intertwined. Feel the pressure around your chest... your arms... your ankles. Feel the warmth between your legs, the arousal that hums beneath your skin. You are suspended in this moment... perfectly still... perfectly held... perfectly yours. The silence deepens... but it is a living silence... filled with the gentle pulse of your body... the slow tide of your breath... and the unyielding, tender embrace of the bonds. Let yourself float here... drifting... breathing... bound. Nothing to do... nothing to be... just this... just now... just breath... holding you. Each exhale settles you further into the web of your own making. Each inhale keeps you comfortable, keeps you safe. There is no beginning, no end... only the eternal present... where you are wrapped in the arms of your own breath... still... and full... and aroused... and calm. A long, delicious moment stretches out... as time becomes meaningless... and you remain... a statue of surrender... breathing in... breathing out... bound by the very air you move. Let this stillness wash through every cell... every fiber... every nerve... until you are nothing but breath... and restraint... and pleasure. Stay here... for as long as you wish... knowing you are safe... and completely free to breathe... forever held.
Gentle Emergence / Return
And now, slowly, gently, it is time to return. The bonds begin to loosen, not suddenly, but softly, like morning mist burning away. With your next inhale, feel the bands around your ankles soften, then dissolve. Your legs feel free, light, yet still deeply relaxed. With another inhale, the bands around your knees and wrists fade, like delicate threads carried away by breeze. Your arms feel free, yet still heavy with calm. And as you inhale again, the band around your chest loosens, until it is just a memory, a pleasant echo of being held. Take a slow, deep breath in, and feel your body awaken, gently, from the stillness. You can wiggle your fingers if you wish. Then your toes. Roll your ankles. Stretch your arms above your head, and let out a long, satisfying sigh. The world returns, but it is softer now, quieter. You bring with you the peace and pleasure of this journey. Your breath is your own again, but you know now that you can always return to this place, this breath-bound realm, whenever you choose. Take another full breath in, and feel energy flowing back into your limbs. A final breath in, and allow your eyes to open, slowly, at your own pace. Notice the light, the room, the familiar surroundings. You feel refreshed, relaxed, and wonderfully alive. You are fully present, fully awake, and fully in control. Carry this calm and this warmth with you through the rest of your day. The breath has released you, but the memory of being held remains, a gentle treasure. You are free. You are whole. And you are here, now, in this moment, safe and content.
